The J.A.W.S. (Jazz Art Writers South) Festival at USA Libraries is seeking volunteers to support the J.A.W.S. closing ceremony and artist reception on Thursday, June 16, from
Volunteers are needed for the following:

Welcome guests to the event

Usher guests to the auditorium

Assist with food table setup
-
Assist with event spacing & setup
- Direct guests to the elevators and the meeting/event spaces
- Assist with event teardown

Assist with resetting the Gallery space to its normal setup
