- handout Wrist bands to those 21+ to notify everyone in, around, and working the event he/she has been confirmed to be 21+ and is eligible to consume alcoholic beverages.
- assist with handing out paint supplies
- Count attendees, give out swag, answer questions, engage with guests, etc.
- Assist with set- up and breakdown
