Location: Dumas Wesley Community Center’s transitional housing program, the Sybil Smith Family Village
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Morning (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) or Afternoon (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM) shift. We offer highly flexible hours to match your availability!

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Communication
- Answering phones, transferring calls to the appropriate team members, taking detailed, accurate messages.
- Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming presence.
Campus Safety & Operations
- Manning the security gate to ensure only authorized individuals are on campus.
- Conducting room checks across all units to maintain program standards.
- Monitoring video surveillance to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
Resident Support & Resources
- Distributing vital supplies including meals, household and hygiene items.
- Managing resident requests and needs with the highest of care, compassion, and professionalism.
Administrative Support
- Communicating effectively and giving regular updates to the Program Director.
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
