- Is the previous president or a board chosen volunteer.
- Works closely with the current president to ensure a successful year for Phillip Cares.
- Answers any questions the current president may have.
- Provides any resources or contacts that may be useful to the Phillip Cares.
- Review bylaws and standing rules annually.
- Adheres to the formal adoption of new bylaws when needed.
