We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to help make our 2nd Annual Name That Tune Fundraiser a success! Your support will directly benefit our Opportunities Days School Tour, which provides high school students in Mobile County with vital resources like college and career guidance, mental health resources, mentorship programs, and much more.
Volunteer Roles Available:
- Event Set-Up/Breakdown Crew: Help with setting up tables, decorations, and signage before the event and assist with clean-up after the event.
- Registration & Check-In Team: Greet attendees, assist with check-in, and hand out game materials and raffle tickets.
- Silent Auction Helpers: Assist with displaying auction items, managing bids, and answering questions about auction items.
- Raffle Ticket Sellers: Sell additional raffle tickets during the event.
- General Event Assistance: Provide support throughout the event, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.
