Animal Rescue Foundation

Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) is a nonprofit, adoption guarantee animal shelter serving the Greater Mobile area. We believe every life matters. Our mission is to rescue homeless and abandoned dogs and cats from overcrowded animal shelters and provide the care they need, until we can place them in permanent, loving homes. Through outreach and education, we advocate for animals in our community and are committed to bringing about a time when there are no more homeless pets. We have been serving the community since 1995.

ARF is dedicated to promoting the welfare and humane treatment of animals through rescue, fostering, and placement. Adoptable cats and dogs awaiting a permanent, loving, family are placed in our foster center, hence its name - the ARFanage.
